The Texas A&M baseball team, riding a six-game winning streak, will play host to Penn State in a pair of 6:35 p.m. games at Olsen Field on Tuesday and Wednesday.
A&M (9-2) will pitch freshman Michael Wacha (1-0, 0.66 ERA) on Tuesday, while PSU (4-3) will counter with freshman John Walter (0-1, 1.93).
A&M swept a three-game weekend series against Winthrop led by junior Barret Loux, who was named the Big 12 co-Pitcher of the Week. Loux allowed one hit in seven innings in Friday's 7-0 victory. He struck out a career-high 12 and walked two.
The 19th-ranked Texas A&M softball team (16-5) will play host to Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (15-6) in a 5 p.m. Tuesday doubleheader at the Aggie Softball Complex.
