Texas A&M women's golf head coach Trelle Kite McCombs was named to the Macon Hall of Fame in Georgia.

McCombs honed her golf game in Macon when she starred at Central High School before moving on to Georgia State University. McCombs won two college tournaments and was a four-time Academic All-Conference selection. She also qualified for the United States Women's Amateur in 1998. She began her college coaching career at Mercer before moving on to Augusta State and Tulsa.
