CAMERON -- Rudder and Cameron lit up the sky Friday night, combining for 713 passing yards and over 1,000 total yards of offense in the Yoemen's 34-16 victory.

Rudder quarterback Kyle Danford was 11-for-26 passing for 283 with a touchdown and two interceptions. Cameron used two quarterbacks with Jack Rhoades going 14 for 19 for 270 yards and two TDs and Steven Townsend hitting 8 of 12 passes for 160 yards and one TD.

Despite the fireworks, the teams scored just 10 first-half points. Cameron led 7-3 after a Rhoades-to-Thomas Rinn TD pass and a Will Johnson 38-yard field goal for Rudder (2-6, 0-5).

Just minutes into the third quarter, Rhoades connected with Damyon Kelley for an 87-yard score. Tre Hammond answered for Rudder, returning a punt 77 yards for a touchdown. Cameron (5-3, 2-2) then seized the momentum with 21 unanswered points.
