Wyatt leads Bryan girls past Ellison: KILEEN -- Carlisha Wyatt scored 16 points and grabbed nine rebounds to help the sixth-ranked Bryan girls basketball team beat Killeen Ellison 49-34 in District 12-5A action Tuesday.
Bryan's Micah Marshall was the only other player in the game in double-figures with 11 points and three assists. Teammate Gia Ayers added eight points and four assists.
Bryan (21-1, 4-0) will host A&M Consolidated in the Crosstown Showdown at 7 p.m. Friday.

Consol boys tripped on road: KILLEEN -- The A&M Consolidated boys basketball team lost to Killeen Shoemaker 68-59 on Tuesday in District 12-5A play.
Justin Campbell led the Tigers in scoring with 18 points while Quinton White added 14. Consol's Jimmy Gilbert scored three points and had six assists. It was the freshman's first varsity game, and Consol head coach Rusty Segler praised Gilbert's tough play in his debut.
Consol will host Bryan in the Crosstown Showdown at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
