Dash Harris listed day-to-day: Texas A&M officials said Dash Harris' availability will be updated day-to-day.
After A&M's 70-64 win over Nebraska, Aggie head coach Mark Turgeon said he had expected Harris to be able to play but that he just couldn't do it.
"We'll wake up tomorrow and see if he's ready to play," Turgeon said. "If he's not, if we are lucky enough to win, we'll see on Saturday."
Harris has had tendinitas in his wrist for a majority of the Big 12 season. On Saturday against Oklahoma, he injured the other side of the wrist.
During A&M's quarterfinal victory, he sat next to Derrick Roland at the end of the bench in street clothes wearing a soft cast on the wrist.

A&M not bad in quarterfinals: A&M is now 4-13 overall in the Big 12 Championship but 3-1 in quarterfinal games. A&M beat Colorado in 2006, lost to Oklahoma State in 2007 and beat Kansas State in 2008 in the quarterfinals.
In the Colorado and Oklahoma State games, A&M had received a bye.

Against the best: Friday's game against Kansas will be A&M's sixth against a No. 1 team in the program's history. Three of those will have been this season, including one at Texas and another against Kansas at Reed Arena.
Turgeon said he's worried about Friday's game because he saw Kansas coach Bill Self after the Jayhawks' game and Self wasn't very happy.
"I'm sure he'll have them ready now."

KU fresh after easy victory: Bill Self substituted freely among the eight players he uses in his rotation, sending a new player in at almost every whistle during Kansas' 80-68 victory over Texas Tech on Thursday. It didn't appear to matter what the time and score was with Cole Aldrich and Sherron Collins both on the bench near the 6-minute mark when Tech made it's last charge and got within 65-63.
All five Tech starters played at last 31 minutes, while no Jayhawk logged 30 minutes.
Aldrich had 18 rebounds and blocked three shots. No other player on the floor had more than eight rebounds.

Win No. 2,000: Cole Aldrich and Sherron Collins represented the Jayhawks at the postgame press conference and were wearing T-shirts, that read "Kansas 2000 Victories." With their win over Texas Tech, the Jayhawks became the third program to win 2,000 games, joining Kentucky and North Carolina.
