Nominees sought for alumnus award
Nominations are being accepting for the 2009 Distinguished Alumnus Award, the highest honor Texas A&M University can bestow on a former student.
The award was created to recognize former students who have made significant contributions to society and whose accomplishments and careers have brought honor and distinction to Texas A&M and The Association of Former Students. The university and the association jointly sponsor the honor.
For award criteria, a nomination form or a list of recipients, go online to http://AggieNetwork.com/DistinguishedAlumni or call Brenda Lessor at 845-7514. Nominations must be postmarked by Nov. 7.
