Brittany Lind Chmelar and Erin Lee Ofczarzak were united together in marriage on Saturday, September 19,2009 at First United Methodist Church in Bryan, the Reverend Lee Lamb officiated.
Brittany is the daughter of Pete and Lana Glidewell of Caldwell and the granddaughter of Earl and Jenny Meyer, also of Caldwell.
Erin is the son of Vincent and Karen Perez of The Woodlands, Ernest and Kerri Ofczarzak of Caldwell, and the grandson of Vlasta Ofczarzak and the late Ernest Ofczarzak , formerly of Caldwell.
The Maid of Honor was the brides’ sister, Ashley Chmelar of San Augustine, Texas. Bridesmaids were Rachel Ecker of Nacogdoches, Texas and Ashlee Telschow of Caldwell.
The Best Man was Tim Walkoviak of Caldwell. Groomsmen were Travis Dempsey of Bryan, Justin Roberts of Caldwell and Justin “JT” Towslee of Bryan.
Ava Ofczarzak, niece of the groom participated as the flower girl. Ushers were Cole Glidewell, Matthew Ofczarzak, Scott Ofczarzak and Colton Eubanks.
After the ceremony, a reception with a dinner and dance, was held at the Brazos County Exposition Complex in Bryan.
Brittany is a 2003 graduate of Caldwell High School.. She graduated from nursing school in 2009 with honors she also has a minor in Family Child Development and is currently working on her BSN. She is employed with St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan as an RN.
Erin is a 2000 graduate of Caldwell High School and is employed with DWS Construction.
The couple honeymooned in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico and now reside in Bryan.
