Harral and Rita Dunnam were married on August 6, 1959 at the First Christian Church in Mineral Wells, TX.
Their daughters and sons-in-law, Heather and Toby Ragsdale, Juliana and Lee Hon, and Valerie Dunnam and friend Mark Futch recently hosted a celebratory dinner in honor of their Golden Wedding Anniversary.
Those attending were grandchildren: Erika and Ryan Ragsdale, Timothy and Allison Langley, Caroline, Will
and Carson Hon along with other family members and also friends who had been wedding attendants.
Harral was a pastor in the United Methodist Church for 48 years, serving churches in Curtis, Hemphill, Houston, Mt. Pleasant, Longview, Spring, Lake Jackson and Bryan. He was pastor of First United Methodist Church in Bryan until his retirement in 2001. Rita was a high school teacher of German and Spanish in most of the towns where they lived, including A&M Consolidated High School.
