Morgan Suzanne Levy and Hunter Lee Hamrick were united in marriage on Saturday, July 11, 2009, at the First Baptist Church in Hewitt, Texas, with Dr. David McNitzky, uncle of the groom and Chris Cannon officiating the ceremony. Parents of the bride are Randy and Suzanne Levy of Troy, Texas. Parents of the groom are Slugger and Judy Hamrick of Calvert, Texas. Grandparents of the bride are Freddy and Joyce Griffin and the late Leo and Ingrid Levy. Grandparents of the groom are Dr. Adam and Myra McNitzky and the late Bill and Mary Hamrick.
Maids of Honor were Mallory and Macey Levy, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids included Tiffany Griffin, Keri Hamrick, Elaine Hobbs, Sarah Krause and Emily McFarlin. Flower girl was Cessa McNitzky, cousin of the groom.
Serving as Best Man was Heath Hamrick, brother of the groom. Groomsmen included Jake Garza, Robert Gibson, Joel Munoz, Eric Nichols, and Tank Turner.
After the ceremony, a reception, dinner, and dance followed at the Heart Of Texas Fairgrounds Creative Arts Building in Waco, Texas.
Morgan is a graduate of Troy High School and will graduate from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in May with a degree in Elementary Education. Hunter, a graduate of Bremond High School and the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, is a teacher and coach with Lexington ISD.
After a honeymoon at the El Cozumeleno Resort in Cozumel, Mexico, the couple will reside in Lexington, Texas.
