Kahan-Matcek 16th Anniversary

Sweet Sixteen (senior style!).  Bettye and Clint were married at Briarcrest Country Club on August 27, 1994 (seems like just yesterday!).  They met in 1993 in the dog food aisle in Safeway!  They enjoy their children, grandchildren, and their (Clint’s!) nine great grandchildren!  They enjoy their Camp Creek get-away, and mentoring in the HOSTS program at Neal Elementary School.  Clint continues to make his handsome handmade canes, and play Solitaire on the computer! Bettye loves to take pictures (still hasn’t gone digital!), to read, and to enjoy their pets.  Clint is a retired College Station Postmaster. Bettye retired after 41 years on staff at Texas A&M University.  They enjoy their annual “honeymoon” cruises so much!  They both agree that retirement is great!
