Lampley-Barton Engagement

Mr. and Mrs. James D. Lampley, Jr. are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Jamie Lynn, to Darrin Blair Barton, both of Bryan. Darrin is the son of Eric and Martha Barton of Bryan.

Jamie is the granddaughter of Jack and Mary Lou Birkner of El Campo, Texas and Henry and Mary Lee Murrell of New Braunfels, Texas.

Darrin is the grandson of Beverly Slaydon Woodall of College Station, Texas and Elvis and Ann Barton of Arlington, Texas. He is the great grandson of Geraldine Burney of College Station, Texas.

Jamie is a 2006 graduate of Bryan High School and a 2009 graduate of Mays Business School at Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance. Jamie is the Business Coordinator for the Texas A&M Engineering Office.

Darrin is a 2004 graduate of Bryan High School and a 2009 graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in University Studies-Leadership Studies and minors in Business and Economics. Darrin is currently working for TEES as a Business Associate.

Darrin and Jamie will be married on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at Central Baptist Church in Bryan. The couple will reside in Bryan.
