Wilson-Salvaggio Wedding

Rachel Anne Wilson and Mitt Anthony Salvaggio exchanged marriage vows on Saturday, November 14, 2009 at St. Paul the Apostle Chapel in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. Reverend Ruben Patino and Reverend Monsignor John Malinowski performed the double ring ceremony. Dinner and reception followed at The Yacht Club at the Horseshoe Bay Resort. A rehearsal dinner was held at The Spicewood Vineyards in Spicewood, Texas the night before the wedding.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Wilson of Denver, Colorado. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Salvaggio of Bryan.

Maid of honor was Jennifer Freeman. Bridesmaid was Deban Becker. Best man and groomsman were Kirk Teal and Drew Thigpen, respectively. Ushers were Corey Wilson-Wirth, brother of the bride, and John Philipello and Matt Salvaggio, nephews of the groom.

 The bride graduated from Klein Forest High School in Houston and Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She  attained a Masters of Library Science degree from Texas Woman’s University. She is employed by the Austin Public Library. The groom graduated from Bryan High School and Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He is president of Salvaggio, Teal & Associates, an information technology consulting firm based in Austin.

After returning from their honeymoon in the Bahamas, the couple will reside in Austin.
