Phillip Welch and Dawne Welch of Houston, Texas and Gary and Kay Henryson of College Station announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their children, Tamarah Louise Welch and Andrew James Henryson.
Tamarah and A.J. met in 2006 while attending Texas Lutheran University where A.J. received  his  Bachelor's Degree in Physics.  Tamarah is pursuing a degree in microbiology and a Veterinary Technician certification while working at the Hyatt Place Hotel in College Station.  A.J. is currently employed by the Cyclotron at Texas A & M University part-time, is a partner in the gaming company, Systemic Insanity, which produces role playing games and books and hopes to pursue a graduate degree in Particle Physics.
They will be married November 11, 2011 in Story City, Iowa.
