Durwin Kenneth Thonsgaard and Gay Lynn Thonsgaard of Boling, Texas are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Alaina Lynn Thonsgaard, to Christopher Robert Ramsey, son of Donna Ramsey-Jones of Phoenix, Arizona, and the late Randy Ramsey of Sheridan, California.
Alaina is the granddaughter of Leonard and Lillie Wittig, the late Jane Wittig of Boling, Texas, and the late Alfred and Rudice Thonsgaard of Louise, Texas.  Christopher is the grandson of Richard and Barbara Hill of Del Rio, Texas, and the late Virgil and Colleen Ramsey of Pollock Pines, California.  
Alaina is originally from Boling, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Neuroscience minor.  She lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado where she is currently working on her master’s degree in Clinical Counseling and Couples and Family Therapy at the University of Northern Colorado.
Christopher was raised in Sheridan, California and Phoenix, Arizona. He lives in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he is employed by Dick’s Sporting Goods and is currently working towards becoming a personal trainer.
The wedding will take place 4 p.m., on November 11, 2011 at Della Terra Mountain Chateau in Estes Park, Colorado.
