Maddox 40th

Fred and Ruth (Royder) Maddox were married on January 8, 1972 at All Faiths Chapel on the campus of Texas A&M University. They began dating in 1965 after they met in choir at A&M Consolidated High School.
Fred is a retired Brazos County Probation Officer and now runs the food pantry at First Baptist Church College Station. Ruth is a Diagnostic Laboratory Supervisor for Texas AgriLife Extension Service. They still sing in choir together at First Baptist Church College Station, where they are active members. They have one daughter, Jennifer, who lives in Dallas.
They will be spending their anniversary in Galveston, which where they spent their honeymoon 40 years ago.
