Robert and Shirley Waters of Bryan, Texas, are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Tracy Rochelle Johnson, to James Edward Johnson, son of Ollie Foley and the late Ollie Nuke Johnson Jr. Grandparents of the bride are Allean Anderson and the late Willard Anderson. Great-Grandparents are the late Samuel and Elvira Culberson, all of Ft. Worth, Texas and the late Sonny and  Willie Mae Waters of Franklin, Texas. Grandparents of the groom are the late Jim and Leetha Foley, of Bryan, TX. Great-grandparents are the late Mr. and Mrs. Neal Foley of Bryan, Texas.

Tracy is a graduate of Bryan High School and Brazos Business College. She is employed with Scott and White as a Clinical Lab Technician. James is a graduate of Bryan High School and a graduate of Lee College Automotive Technical School. James is the owner of James Johnson Automotive Finishing.

A reception honoring the couple will be held May 23, 2009 at 202 Downtown Historical District in Bryan, Texas.
