New CS projects in development

There were more signs of new development in College Station this past week.

A final application for general commercial use on 6.39 acres at 1501 University Drive East was submitted to city officials by Gateway.

Hunter's Point Bus Stop submitted two applications with the city for a multi-family use bus stop as well as the non-residential architect application.

Officials with Casa Del Sol submitted plans with the city for parking improvements at their location at 401 Stasney.

Entergy Switch Station submitted plans for more than 16 acres at 2708 Switch Station Road for a electrical switch station.

Campus Village, at 1711 Harvey Mitchell Parkway S., submitted plans for a multi-family residential project on more than 19 acres.
