Businesses apply for development

Eagle Staff Report

College Station officials received applications this week for development.

Newk's Express Café: 1613 University Drive East; a site plan for one general commercial lot on almost 1.4 acres.

Campus Village: 1711 Harvey Mitchell Parkway; a final re-plat for one planned development district lot on about 16.5 acres.

College Station Skate Park: 1600 Rock Prairie Road; a site plan for a city skate park.

Jackson Hole Driving Range: 3751 Rock Prairie Road West; a site plan for a driving range on about 14 acres.

Wolf Point Center: 300 Holloman Drive East A; a site plan request for one planned development district lot on about 1.3 acres.

Cathey Tract: 2716 Barron Road; a request for a rezoning for 4.9 acres from agricultural-open and single-family residential to planned development district. Sigma Alpha Epsilon Basketball Court: 985 Luther St. West; a site plan for one multi-family lot on about 5.6 acres.

Benson Subdivision: 3735 F&B Road; a preliminary plat for two general commercial lots on just over 10 acres.

Castle Rock: 525 William D. Fitch Parkway; a final plat for 71 planned development district lots on just more than 14 acres.

Independence Harley Davidson: 4101 Texas 6 South; a request for a rezoning of almost 3 acres from agricultural-open to general commercial.
