Madison County

* PMO of Garland has filed a permit to horizontally drill the No. 1H Miller in the Madisonville West (Woodbine -A-) field. The well, which has a proposed depth of 9,000 feet, will be 3.9 miles northeast of North Zulch in the A. Nunley Survey A-176.

Robertson County

* Encana Oil & Gas (USA) of Dallas has filed a permit to drill another well in the John Amoruso field. The No. 2 Southworth (API No. 42-395-31628), a directional well with a proposed depth of 21,000 feet, will be 12.1 miles northeast of Franklin in the J.M. Viesca Survey A-46.

* XTO Energy of Tyler has filed for a permit to directionally drill the No. 6 R. Sullivan Gas Unit in the Bald Prairie field. The well, which has a proposed depth of 16,700 feet, will be 1.4 miles north of Franklin in the Charles Caliotte Survey A-117.
