OFFICIAL "’Some Bunny Loves You" RULES

PRELIMINARY INFORMATION: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. THIS IS A GAME OF SKILL AND ENTERTAINMENT. THE OBJECTIVE SCORING CRITERIA SET FORTH HEREIN SHALL BE USED TO DETERMINE WINNERS. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO PARTICIPATE. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE ‘Some Bunny Loves You (THE "CONTEST") CONSTITUTES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND AGREEMENT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THESE RULES.

TO ENTER: Some Bunny Loves You (the "Contest") will be open for registration beginning Wednesday, Febuary18, 2009. Go to www.theeagle/spotted website, click on the Contest icon, menu or link and complete the registration form, which may include name, address, telephone number and e-mail address and other information. Submit your registration by registering at www.theeagle/spotted and uploading photos of the special people in your life. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned.

CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsors reserve the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the full extent permitted by law.

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE: Contest open to residents of the United States of America, eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of Evening Post Company (the "Company") and their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliate companies, as well as their respective advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and/or persons living in the same households as such persons are not eligible to enter the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY TO WIN: Employees or family members of Evening Post Company or affiliated entities are not eligible to win. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or E-Mail after the completion of the contest. Return of prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners may waive their right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed, except that prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability, and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within five (5) days of date of postmark. Failure to sign and return the affidavit or release within five (5) days, or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of prize to an alternate winner. Except where prohibited, participation in the contest constitutes entrant's consent to the publication of his or her name and image in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.

HOW TO PLAY: Visit spotted.theeagle.com and upload your adorable photos of the kids or the whole family.

PRIZE: The top 10 pictures with the MOST VIEWS will proceed to the judging round. A committee will then choose a winner and award the chosen picture a prize worth $100 from Jimni A "best photo" will be chosen by committee, the winner will be awarded two movie tickets. Multiple entries are allowed. Deadline to upload pictures is April 7,2009 at Noon. The winners will be announced and contacted by 5pm on April 8,2009. TheEagle.com and all partner sponsors reserve the right to alter/revise any and/or all elements, prize packages, dates, etc. of any said promotion, due to unforeseen circumstances, beyond corporate control, i.e., emergency programming interruptions, corporate merchandise partner unavailability's, discontinued products, etc.

The failure of Sponsors to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsors (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules.

GENERAL RELEASE: By entering the Contest, contestants release Evening Post Company (the "Company") and each of their respective affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, partners and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or with the acceptance, possession or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light).

Evening Post Company (the "Company") will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all e-mail entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an e-mail account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such e-mail account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an e-mail account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole, reasonable discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By entering the Contest, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorney's fees; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

PARTICIPATION: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.
