5K run, dog jog to benefit BV pets

The Impact Animal Foundation will host a Just Fur Fun 5K and dog jog on Nov. 21.

The foundation finds foster homes for dogs and cats in the Brazos Valley. The cost to participate is $15 per person, and proceeds will benefit the foundation.

In addition to the race, half-price pet adoptions will be offered, and children's activities will be available.

The race begins at 9 a.m. at Wolf Pen Creek Park in College Station.
