The local squadron of the Air Force's civilian Auxiliary is open to anyone interested in learning more about the CAP's role in cadet programs, aerospace education, emergency operations and homeland security. Cross Town Rivalry Taco night, 5 to 7 p.m. Bryan High School Silver campus cafeteria. $6/plate or $3/plate for military and veterans. Event being held prior to basketball game. Proceeds will help defray costs of field trips, transportation, uniforms and drill team needs of the BHS Air Force Junior ROTC cadets.

Topics include meal planning, exercise, medications, complications, self-care management and blood glucose monitoring.
