Get a taste of the Brazos Valley at Taste of Home Cooking School

Are you ready to get cooking?

Tickets are still available for the fifth annual Taste of Home Cooking School, set for Tuesday at the Brazos County Expo.

The event features on-stage preparation of recipes, with culinary tips and techniques. Doors open at 4 p.m. with the show beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Attendees will receive a recipe book, coupons and product samples, and door prizes include a mixer, a wine cooler, a recliner and more.

Local merchants will have items on display, and there will be live music by Chris Austin Martinez.

Tickets are $11 and are available at H-E-B on Villa Maria Road in Bryan, Celebrity Spa in College Station, Heartworks in College Station, Mad Hatters Tea Room in Caldwell, the Brazos County Expo in Bryan, Slovacek Sausage Co. in Snook and at The Eagle and theeagle.com.
