Go Texas Crawfish Boil is on Saturday

Grimes County's third annual Go Texan Crawfish Boil will feature an all-you-can-eat meal and dance Saturday at the Grimes County Expo Center in Navasota.

The cost is $25 for the meal, which begins at 6 p.m., and dance, which begins at 8:30 p.m. Admission to the dance without the meal is $5.

Tickets will be sold at the door Saturday. Tables for 10 can be purchased for $200 in advance.

Al White of Winnie will play country, Cajun, rock and swing music for the dance.

The Grimes County Go Texan Committee raised more than $13,000 in 2007 and $30,000 this year for college scholarships for local students.
