The 83rd annual Bryan-College Station Christmas Parade will begin at 2 p.m. Dec. 6. This year's theme is "Christmas Wishes."

* The route: The parade will begin at University Drive and Polo Road on the Texas A&M campus, turn onto Texas Avenue and end near the Tejas Center in Bryan.

* Road closures: Roads along the route and some side streets will be closed. Drivers are urged to use caution in the area.

* Weather: Early forecasts call for a chance of showers on parade day with highs in the 60s.

* On TV: The parade will be broadcast on KAMU-TV at 7 p.m. Dec. 6.
