Man charged after fight with officers
A 26-year-old Bryan man was charged with evading arrest after he ran from a traffic stop, then fought with the officers who had caught up to him, officials said.
Myron Moseley was also charged with drug possession and operating a vehicle with a suspended license, both misdemeanors.
College Station police said they stopped Moseley's vehicle Thursday because he had not used his turn signal. After insisting that he had signaled his turn, officers said, Moseley ran off.
After officers caught him near Wellborn Road, Moseley fought with them before being subdued, police said.
Moseley was released from the Brazos County Jail on Friday on $20,500 bail.

Comment Title: Thank God for Great Rookies!!!
Just think if that rookie officer hadn't pulled the scum bag over on a minor traffic violation he probably would have committed a bigger crime.Great job officer!!!!Dumbass Moseley turned a misdemeanor into a felony.

I look at some of these comments and you people are so shallow with the exception of two: UH OH & USE YOUR TURN SIGNALS. CSPD really needs to get a better hobby. I can see them with a BIG A_ _ Law Suit in the near future. You would think with them having a new Chief some of the foolishness they do would change, but it only gets worse. It's starts with the superior and it looks like they are running him. They do have some old schools who has been there for a while and they pretty much sometimes go by the book, only about (3) of them and they do try to help people out and see they get the help they need, but these new young rookies, gunho and has a lot of training ahead of them....

This story is not even correct. Moseley was not charged with aggravated assault. He also bonded out on Friday. I guess he is out on the streets ready and looking for his next fit of stupidity.

Comment Title: Use your blinker- Duh!
I don't know how many times I have read about vehicles being stopped for no turn signal turning into arrests. Not to say the arrested didn't have it coming but don't the cops have better things to do other than being turn signal monitors? Sounds more like they are looking for a reason to stop these people. Correct driving procedures would save many from jail. But I guess that goes with the territory- what do you expect from dopers?

Why is that these thugs assault Bryan officers all the time, but when they go into College Station and do this they make the news. This is normal activity in Bryan. There are a few of us that are still disgusted by it but there are lots more that just accept this as normal.
