Post Oak Mall is starting a program called Bear Hugs this year. The collection drive for stuffed animals is designed to provide Santa and his helpers with gifts for children with special needs. A donation bin is in the mall near J.C. Penney. The drive is being held until Nov. 7. 764-0060.
