Eagle Staff Report
Bryan and College Station officials are looking for input from residents to help secure federal grant programs.
In Bryan, a survey is online to collect data from low- and moderate-income residents, or those residing in low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, officials said.
The data will contribute to determining goals and objectives for the use of federal Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships Grant funds for the upcoming years.
The city receives funding, which can be used for various eligible projects, including housing rehabilitation, homebuyer assistance, housing development, public facilities, infrastructure, economic development and more.
The survey and meeting schedule for Bryan residents can be downloaded at www.bryantx.gov/departments/?name=community.
College Station officials will seek comments during a meeting at 6 p.m. on March 16 at the Lincoln Recreation Center, 1000 Eleanor St.
