Running for memories

Andrea Martinez of Denver holds up signs honoring her grandfather, Rafael Alvarado, who died of Alzheimer's disease this year as she and other family members walk in the 12th Annual Brazos Valley Memory Walk and Fun Run at Wolf Pen Creek on Saturday. The event raised almost $35,000 for Alzheimer's research.
