Spill causes closure

Tow-truck driver Josh Plummer prepares to right the twisted trailer of an 18-wheeler at Texas 21 and Earl Rudder Freeway on Wednesday. When the northbound driver turned west onto 21 from the Rudder frontage road, the trailer toppled over and dumped a load of lumber. The accident closed the westbound lane of Texas 21.
