Johnny Football or Johnny Superman? They may be one and the same.

That's according to the cover of the upcoming issue of Texas Monthly -- "the national magazine of Texas" -- in which Johnny Manziel rockets off into the sky from Kyle Field.

Why does that cover almost look like an ad for the Hair Club for Men?

Wonder why this wasn't their "cover" back when he won the Heisman. Just curious.
All this stuff is coming out of the woodwork, just before football season starts. Almost makes you wonder if someone, on lots of someones.... have an agenda.
You don't get to pick your relatives, or how much money they have.
What is a shame, is that all this has over-shadowed the season the football team had last year. It has to be a big distraction... this year. Regardless of how much ESPN pushes this story... I'm going to watch SEC football. I'm hoping to watch Manziel on the field. If the NCAA, or A&M, or Sumlin decide otherwise, I'll live with that. What I'm not going to do is speculate on what may, or may not have happened. That's why they investigate this stuff. Facts and evidence. Not allegations, and speculation.
    Whoop!

Just what he needs. More ego boosting. Way to go Texas Monthly.

The next Texas monthly cover he will be on will be the "Bum Steer" edition. Him, or A&M Football.

Good ole Cook never misses a chance to get HIS name in print. Remember he took credit for making Johnny the Heisman winner and spoke as if he guided the kids actions off the field. Probably not so much now as Cook runs for cover.

Manziel has gone from a super kid to a blooming idiot and has become such a dissappointment with his off field actions. He has let down the team, Texas A&M and Aggies everywhere. It is so sad and what has he done to his future for such small change.
Yes, Aggies will pitch in and try to figure out how to minimize his suspension and hope to get him on the field but he will never overcome what he has done to his image as a team leader. [sad]

Coach Dumping best sit Johnny Football down and ask him "for the best of the team, did you accept money? " Perhaps he has but in any event JM needs to put self aside and be a team player.

"Johnny Football or Johnny Superman? They may be one and the same." Yes, he can autograph memorabilia at a blinding speed. I just hope did not collect the check with the same speed, and this will all turn out ok.
