College Station police said no arrest had been made Thursday in the aggravated robbery of a 46-year-old woman at an apartment on Luther Street a night earlier.
According to police, the woman suffered minor bruising and scrapes on her neck, but was not seriously injured when an unknown suspect assaulted her and attempted to take property she was carrying.
A College Station sergeant said no further information was available because a report couldn't be processed until employees returned from the Thanksgiving holiday. He said he didn't have a description or a report on what property was stolen.
Aggravated robbery is a first-degree felony punishable by up to 99 years in prison.
