-- Eagle Staff Report
A two-vehicle accident sent two people to the hospital around 2 p.m. Saturday.
Sgt. Kary Shaffer with the University Police Department said a truck was trying to exit from a campus parking lot onto Olsen Boulevard.
He said the outside lane of traffic on Olsen had stopped to let the truck out, but a sport utility vehicle in the other lane was still moving when the truck pulled out.
The truck collided with the rear of the SUV, causing the vehicle to roll over.
Both passengers in the SUV were taken to College Station Medical Center. Shaffer said they were expected to be released Saturday night.
The driver of the truck was cited and did not require medical attention.
