INDIANAPOLIS -- Shelvin Mack scored all 14 of his points in the first half, and Matt Howard had 14 points and nine rebounds to help No. 12 Butler rout second-seeded Wright State 70-45 in the Horizon League title game Tuesday night.
Butler (28-4) extended the nation's longest winning streak to 20 and heads into NCAA play as the only Division I team to complete a perfect conference season. The Bulldogs are 20-0 against league foes, including tourney games. They also won the regular-season title by a record six games.
Butler tied two more records. The Bulldogs have now won six tourney titles, tying Xavier for the most in league history, and win No. 28 in conference tourney play matched Detroit's record.
The Raiders (20-12) were led by N'Gai Evans with 13 points, but lost for the third time this season and seventh in a row to Butler. But they did avoid a record for worst loss in a championship game by making two free throws with 3.8 seconds left. Xavier beat Detroit by 26 points in the 1988 title game.

No. 1 Connecticut 60, No. 9 West Virginia 32: HARTFORD, Conn. -- Kalana Greene scored 15 points to help top-ranked Connecticut rout No. 9 West Virginia 60-32 on Tuesday night for its 72nd straight win and 16th Big East tournament championship.
Greene made her first seven shots and grabbed 12 rebounds to earn most outstanding player honors for the tournament.
The Huskies have won five of the last six conference tournament titles and enter the NCAAs unbeaten for the fifth time in school history. UConn went on to win the national championship in 1995, 2002, and 2009. In 1996-97 they lost to Tennessee in the regional final. In all 11 teams have gone through the regular season unbeaten with five of them winning the national title.
UConn (33-0) stands six wins short of becoming the first team to go through consecutive seasons unbeaten. The Huskies surpassed their own NCAA record for consecutive wins on Monday night.

Middle Tennessee 70, Ark.-Little Rock 68, OT: HOT SPRINGS, Ark. -- Alysha Clark scored 48 points, including the winning layup with 1.8 seconds left in overtime, to lead Middle Tennessee to the Sun Belt tournament title.
Clark set the tournament's single-game scoring record for a third straight game and finished with a three-game total of 132 points. The Blue Raiders (25-5) needed every basket to hold off top-seeded UALR (26-6) and earn their 13th NCAA tournament bid.
The Trojans, who had won 21 straight games, fought back from a seven-point deficit in overtime to tie it on Channon Haywood's two free throws with 29.4 seconds remaining.
With the shot clock off, Middle Tennessee found Clark, who was guarded under the basket but managed to score with a quick, powerful move.

South Dakota State 79, Oral Roberts 75, OT: SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- Kristin Rotert scored 21 points and made the game-clinching free throw with 4 seconds left in overtime to give defending champion South Dakota State a second straight Summit League tournament championship.
he Jackrabbits earned their second straight automatic NCAA tournament bid in their second year as a full-fledged Division I member.
The Eagles beat SDSU in both regular-season meetings and came back from nine points down with less than four minutes to play in regulation to force overtime.
