Redskins S Landry: Dallas WR Williams was 'scared'

ASHBURN, Va. -- LaRon Landry says Roy Williams was scared.

The Washington Redskins hard-hitting safety talked trash Monday about Williams, a day after Landry helped shut down the Dallas receiver in the Cowboys' 7-6 win.

Williams was targeted four times -- including a pair of throws over the middle with Landry in close pursuit -- but was held without a catch.

Landry says to tell Williams that, "I can say it right now: Yeah, he was scared. I told him he was scared."

Landry says there were certain routes that "you could tell he didn't want to be part of it."

When reminded that he'll have to face Williams again when the Cowboys come to Washington next month, Landry said he didn't care, adding "What's that going to do?"
