Summer art workshops taught by Marianne James are offered for children ages 4 and up and for teens and adults.  These workshops will be held in the Summer Art Fun home studio, located at 1501 Frost Drive in College Station.

Marianne’s art experience stems from her childhood interest in being creative with a variety of mediums.  She continued this love of art throughout her life and received her college degree in Fine Arts.  Marianne has taught art privately for 19 years and taught at St. Joseph Catholic School 6th -12th grade art for eight years.  

Included in the art instruction for the children’s workshops are pencil, charcoal and chalk pastel drawing, watercolor and acrylic painting and sculpture.  Different projects will be done at each workshop.

The adult workshops focus on sculpture, drawing or watercolor.

All supplies are provided.
