The Texas A&M men’s basketball team will take a seven-day trip to Costa Rica on Aug. 4-10, playing three exhibition games against national all-star teams in the capital of San Jose. 

A&M will play the Panama All-Stars on Aug. 5 and 7 and the Costa Rica All-Stars on Aug. 6. All three games will be held at the BN Arena in Hatillo. They will mark A&M’s first action under first-year head coach Buzz Williams.

The team also will participate in community service projects with Samaritan’s Feet and Special Olympics. Samaritan’s Feet provides shoes for children.
