Bryan police and fire personnel clear a 1998 Acura off Briarcrest Drive in front of the Wal-Mart Supercenter on Tuesday afternoon. The Acura, driven by Holly Roberts of College Station, ran into a Bryan school bus carrying 24 children from Johnson Elementary School, according to police. Roberts told police she was trying to turn left onto Briarcrest and didn’t see the oncoming bus in the inside lane heading east because another vehicle blocked her view. No one was injured in the accident.
