Blinn celebrates graduation of 16 students from radiologic tech program

Members of the graduating class are Garrett Arnell, Julio Banuelos, Kaylyn Brooks, Adrieanna Raye Burkhalter, Rachel Davis, Raejan Duncan, Tiffany Groves, Doug Johannsen, Taylor LaCombe, Elizabeth Martinez, Jacob Marucci, Caleb Matt, Brittany Reimer, Kelly Tietz, Melissa Williams and Cristina Zepeda.

Blinn College celebrated the graduation of 16 students from its radiologic technology program with a pinning ceremony on May 4 on the Bryan campus.

Blinn’s program prepares students for careers as entry-level radiologic technologists, who create images of patients’ bodies using medical equipment, helping doctors to diagnose and treat diseases and injuries.

Program graduates are eligible to apply for state licensure. The program has a 100% job placement rate over the past five years, according to Blinn College.
