Christian Cochran has been selected to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum: Explore STEM at Emory University in Atlanta.

Christian Cochran, grandson of Bill and Mickey Presnal of Bryan, has been selected to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum: Explore STEM at Emory University in Atlanta.

Cochran, the son of Stacey and DeAnna Presnal Cochran of Milton, Georgia, will be an eighth grader at King’s Ridge Christian School in the fall. He was nominated by his seventh grade science teacher to participate in the program, which enables outstanding middle school students from across the country to explore their interests and experience learning beyond the classroom.

In addition to Christian’s interest in science and math, he plays the piano, is active in his church youth group, and spends his free time on video editing and production. He has dreamed of becoming an architect since he was 6.
