College Station school district announced Friday morning that former Navasota coach Lee Fedora was hired as the school's head football coach and athletic coordinator.

Fedora, a Consol grad, spent 11 years at Navasota (2005-15), winning two state titles. He also was the head coach at Robinson and Rogers before his time at Navasota.

Before any of his head coaching jobs, Fedora was an assistant at Consol under Bryan coach Ross Rogers. Fedora talks about what it means to get this job at his alma mater, what he's excited for about the new job, how he'll look to develop relationships with his players and more.
