Bryan Independent School District REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS #20-3854 Neal Elementary School & SFA Library Reroof The Bryan Independent School District will accept Base Competitive Sealed Proposals until 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at the Bryan ISD Administration Building; 801 S. Ennis Street, Bryan, Texas 77803. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at the Bryan ISD Administration Building, site visits will take place immediately afterwards. Proposal Evaluation Criteria are published in the "Instructions to Offerors" section of the proposal documents. Plans and specifications will be released Tuesday, February 11, 2020, and will be available from the following address upon deposit of $25.00 per set: PBK Architects, Inc., 11 Greenway Plaza, 22nd Floor, Houston, Texas 77046; (713) 965-0608 or the Brazos Valley Contractor's Association Plan Room, 4015 S. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all proposals. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to; built up roof and standing seam metal roof replacement, waterproof exterior envelope and wet glaze windows at Neal Elementary School. At Stephen F. Austin Middle School; modified bitumen roof replacement and waterproof exterior envelope.
