REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Mid-South Electric Cooperative Association will accept Competitive Sealed Proposals until Monday, December 2, 2019 at 3:00 pm for Feeder, Hazard Mitigation and Emergency Right-of-Way Clearing. Sealed proposals will be received at Mid-South Electric Co-op, 7625 Hwy 6, Navasota, TX 77868, Attention: Shan Sullivan, Manager of Operations. All proposals must include a completed Vendor Information Form, which may be obtained by emailing ssullivan@mselectric.com. Vendors must have appropriate experience cutting down and trimming trees in and around energized and de-energized primary voltage electrical lines. Vendors selected for consideration will be offered a contract for Work that will be drawn in compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to those pertaining to equal employment opportunity. Mid-South Electric Co-op encourages minority business firms to submit proposals. Mid-South Electric Co-op reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and/or waive any/or all irregularities.
