REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Drymalla Construction Company, Inc. (CM at Risk) is soliciting Qualifications/Proposals from Subcontractors for the Caldwell ISD Elementary Addition and Renovation project. Project consists of a new Pre-Kindergarten - 1st grade wing with parent drop-off and parking lot totaling 42,300 sf. Project also consists of renovations to the existing Middle School and conversion to 2nd-3rd grade totaling 22,500 sf, conversion of existing band hall to music and library storage totaling 2,800 sf. Project includes selective demolition; earthwork; site utilities; concrete; masonry; structural steel; carpentry and cabinets; dampproofing; metal roofing and wall panels; built-up roofing; doors and hardware; storefront; drywall and metal studs; acoustical; tile; flooring; painting; specialties; equipment; MEP; communications; electronic safety and security; landscape and irrigation.
