NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On Thursday, December 19, 2019, at a meeting scheduled to begin at 12:00p.m., the City of Bryan Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in Council Chambers on the first floor of the Bryan Municipal Office Building located at 300 South Texas Avenue, to consider the following request: 1. Replat case no. RP19-39: a proposed Replat of Lots 10B and 11 in Woodville Acres Addition No. 1, being 7.071 acres of land adjoining the southeast side of the 3000 block of Stevens Drive between the North Earl Rudder Freeway West Frontage Road and Woody Lane in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas. This notice is published pursuant to the requirements of Texas Local Government Code Section 212.015.
