Amish Furniture for Future Generations holding Sale on E&S Bedroom Sets
With a 10 percent discount on popular
E&S Wood Creations bedroom furniture
sets, as well as great deals on other select builders, now is the time to stop by
Amish Furniture for Generations.
All bedroom pieces by E&S Wood
Creations are 10 percent off throughout
July. The LaGrange, Indiana company,
owned by Ervin Miller, is the top-selling
builder at Amish Furniture for Future
Generations in Bryan, and E&S also
created the store’s best-selling bedroom
set, the Arts & Crafts Mission bedroom
“That’s the No. 1 bedroom set in my
store, and it has been a long time,” said
Kent Lyons, who owns Amish Furniture
for Future Generations with wife, Lisa
The popularity of E&S Wood Creations is likely because of the builder’s
quality craftsmanship and the simple,
but attractive look of its timeless pieces,
Kent said. The company carries about
16 styles of bedroom sets, and the clean
lines and mission style of the Arts &
Crafts Mission bedroom set, in particular, appeals to many shoppers.
“He’s just very versatile in his building,” Kent said about Miller.
All furniture at the store is made
using quality, solid wood, and is built
to last for generations. However, E&S
Wood Creations’ standard is to construct dressers with ½-inch backs and

5/8-inch drawer boxes, while ¼-inch
backs and 1/2 –inch drawer boxes are
the standard with most builders, Kent
“You’re taking a generational piece,
and you’re adding toughness to it,” he
Some recent changes to E&S Wood
Creations’ pieces include the addition

of a slide-out jewelry armoire behind
dresser mirrors, and on night stands, a
slide-out top and a touch light that lights
up the base.
Besides the chance to get a new E&S
Wood Creations bedroom set on sale,
shoppers have a choice of many other
items. Kent ordered a variety of new
furniture at a big furniture builders’

Amish Furniture for Generations, at 2651 Boonville Road in Bryan, holding sale on E&S bedroom sets

show in Indiana earlier this year, and
he needs to make room for those new
pieces coming in. So he’s offering discounts on a variety of floor model items.
At Amish Furniture for Generations,
shoppers are sure to get what they want.
They can choose which wood and finish they’d like for furniture pieces, and
they can even customize the size. Wood
choices include cherry, brown maple,
oak, ¼-sawn oak, hickory, walnut and
more. All pieces are 100 percent made in
the United States, by Amish craftsmen
in Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania. The
solid wood pieces are made using dovetailed drawers. Drawers won’t fall apart,
and there are no veneers, particleboard
or laminates used to reduce the costs of
making the furniture. Amish Furniture
pieces are of “heirloom quality” – built
to outlast their owners and be passed
onto the next generation.
Amish Furniture for Generations is
at 2651 Boonville Road, in the Oldtown
Boonville shopping center that’s halfway between Kroger and Allen Academy. Store hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on
Mondays and Thursdays and 10 a.m. to 6
p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays
and Saturdays.
