BIG EVENTS

The 2011 Starlight Music Series continues Saturday at Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheather with Midnight River Choir with Sweet Briar. The Starlight Music Series offers free musical entertainment. Load up your picnic baskets, coolers, blankets and lawn chairs for entertainment under the stars. Gates open at 6 p.m. and music starts at 7 p.m.

The event concludes June 11 with Satisfaction with Texas Twisters.

Visit the Academy Sports and Outdoors location in College Station to win a VIP Experience. Each Wednesday before the Starlight event, a winning name will be pulled. That person will receive a $200 Academy prize package and VIP seating in the Academy Terrace Section during the concert.
