Professor Emeritus and former garden manager Douglas F. Welsh gives a tour of the Leach Teaching Gardens on Thursday, June 14, 2018, at Texas A&M. The seven-acre teaching garden is phase one of a project that will ultimately encompass 40 acres on A&M's west campus. While the garden can be used for educational purposes, it is open for all to enjoy.
