The city of College Station will hold an informational presentation on Tuesday for residents interested in the city’s proposed use of federal community development grants.

The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at the Lincoln Recreation Center.

City representatives will provide details about the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships programs, along with the Fair Housing Plan.

Federal guidelines require the funds to benefit low- to moderate-income individuals, eliminate slums or blight, or meet an urgent community need.

For more information, call 764-3778.

The Lincoln Recreation Center is at 1000 Eleanor St.
