Bryan police said a College Station man turned himself into authorities Tuesday after a camera was found in a restroom at a local restaurant.

Authorities said a customer found the camera in a stall in the female restroom at Shipwreck Grill and removed it on Sunday.

A warrant was issued for Francisco Aniceto, 30, of College Station on Tuesday and he turned himself in this afternoon, officials said.

Following an investigation of Aniceto's home and cell phone, authorities said investigators determined no one was recorded on the camera.

Aniceto was charged with attempted invasive visual recording, a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine up to $4,000.
